All sales are final. We will only accept returns in cases where the goods are faulty.

Currently, we only ship by standard parcel post for orders within Ireland.

We will endeavour to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but please understand that on rare occasions, unavoidable delays may occur, and it may take longer. If this happens, rest assured we will contact you with an update on your expected shipping time, and give you the option to cancel the order, with a full refund.

Other post and shipping options are available upon request - please drop us a line if you would like to use Express Post or add item insurance.

Returns:

In the unlikely event of a problem with your purchase, Airsoft Frontline Supplies (A.F.S). undertake, where possible, to replace or repair the item (at our discretion). If this is not possible, we will provide you with a full refund upon receipt of the faulty item, providing said item is in otherwise perfect condition.

Exceptions -

Airsoft Frontline Supplies (A.F.S) will not be held liable to replace/reimburse any customers in the case of the following -

a) Cosmetic scratches/damage - Occasionally, some Chinese manufactured "clone" guns are issued from the factory with slight cosmetic scratches or damage. We will not be held responsible for such issues.

b) Faulty battery / charger - Some Chinese manufacturers include cheap batteries and chargers as free "extras" with their guns. These batteries and chargers are usually of low quality, and occasionally prone to failure after sustained use. Airsoft Frontline Supplies (A.F.S) will not replace, nor be held liable for any damage caused by these items.
